I’ve been an Attorney, Accountant and Business Consultant for over 31 years. I want to share some secrets of the rich or informed. I wrote an article in 2006 predicting the Great Recession. Within months, I was invited to give a speech for the 110th Congress with a neutral analysis with solutions for the benefit of the U.S.A.  By the time the credit freezes and mortgage foreclosures over-took the U.S. and world economy in 2007, I was the Chairman of the CMIS (Coalition for Mortgage Industry Solutions - DC) leading captains of industry, congress, and all major banks (and non-banks) to the HAMP, HAFA and shared appreciation solutions, which saved millions from losing their homes.

I’ll teach you how I stepped up, and in only a few months, became one of the top national experts leading the national debate for solutions to the economy. As my team and I (CMIS) drove the national debate and was the agent of industry change, Tony Robbins put out huge amounts of money to feed the hungry. We applaud him.

1. Donated $1,000,000 to Los Angeles Underprivileged Kids: I co-created an education program for underprivileged kids in Los Angeles, and donated $1,000,000 in financial education. I bootstrapped my NFL contacts to obtain the commitment of the then largest financial stock educator in the U.S.A. I received the NFLPA Lifetime Visionary Award 1998, and in 1999 (Retired Players Los Angles).
2.  J.F. Kennedy Victory Awards/Overcoming Adversity: I was the national committeeman (working directly for Susan Lewis Abrahamson and General Abrahamson) creating the Victory Awards at the J.F. Kennedy Center (DC). The Victory Awards nominates 2 disabled (or impaired) persons from each state, recommended by each Governor, who overcame adversity.  (Honoree Patty Duke (Anna Marie), Ben Vereen (Honoree),  featuring, Ed Asner, Tony Curtis, Elliott Gould, Stacy Keach, Cheryl Ladd, Loretta Lynn, Marlee Matlin, Honorary Chairmen, The President and Mrs. Bush, and The President and Mrs. Reagan. 3. Chairman CMIS, Leading Debate to Save Millions of People from Foreclosure: After my statement to the 110th Congress, I became the Chairman of CMIS, and brought key leaders together including billionaire Wilbur Ross to create solutions to the Great Recession.
4. Save the Children (Redd Barna):  I appeared on TV two (2) times with the Prime Minister of Norway and Sweden, to support the agenda to save the underprivileged children of the world.
5. Created CMIS Awards: I created the CMIS Awards to inspire major banking, foreclosure and bankruptcy executives and lawyers around the U.S.A. to temper and seek fairness when dealing with homeowners in default, bankruptcy and foreclosure. Reminding everyone that the Great Recession was not the (sole) borrowers’ fault, but a system in need of refinement. We all need a ‘2nd Chance’ to restart.
6. My First Client -  NFL’s John Matuszak:  My first consulting client was with the biggest man in NFL football, John Matuszak, and my best friend Marvin Smith, for the ‘The Tooz Cruiser’ mountain bike. He made me write the contract on a cigar box at the Reuben E. Lee Restaurant in Newport Beach.
